1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy governs all booking cancellations, refunds, and vehicle return procedures for rentals via OnARide Mobility Services.

By booking a vehicle, you agree to comply with this policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Time of cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup
  • Vehicle availability and operational constraints
  • Compliance with OnARide Terms & Conditions

Important Notes:

  • All refunds are subject to deductions as per operational costs, convenience fees, or any penalties for pre-processing.
  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Submit refund, cancellation, or other booking-related requests directly to OnARide via email (onaridedotin@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 8144414525) as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

3. Vehicle Return Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location and on time as per the rental agreement.
  • A grace period of 15–30 minutes is allowed. Delays beyond this will incur additional charges as per the rental agreement.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, including: Fuel level, Cleanliness (interior & exterior), Accessories and documents provided at pickup.
  • If the vehicle is returned late or in unsatisfactory condition, OnARide reserves the right to: Charge additional fees or penalties; Deduct applicable amounts from deposits or advance payments.
  • Failure to return the vehicle within 24 hours of scheduled time without notice may result in legal action and permanent suspension of rental privileges.

4. Date or Time Rescheduling

  • Customers may request rescheduling of a booking by contacting the OnARide team via email or WhatsApp.
  • Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may incur a convenience fee depending on: Rental duration, Vehicle availability, Timing constraints, Operational considerations.
  • All rescheduling requests must be made well in advance to avoid cancellation penalties.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours of scheduled pickup
  • Damages, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period
  • Fuel charges already consumed
  • Booking convenience or administrative fees (as per policy)

6. Exceptions and Special Conditions

OnARide reserves the right to deny refunds or modify charges in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

  • Misuse or negligence of the vehicle
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete booking information
  • Violation of OnARide Terms & Conditions or safety rules
